How many debts can i submit for collection?
Throughout the term of this agreement, you may submit an unlimited number of debts for collection.
Clients with a high volume of debts may be eligible for a bulk lodgement discount. Please contact us to discuss pricing options tailored to your needs.
Is there any starting fees?
Yes, there is a $60 submission for each submission.
Is the submission fee refundable?
No, The submission fee covers the administrative costs of onboarding your case and the development of a tailored recovery plan for each debtor.
Would I receive updates?
Yes, Fair Way Collections provide monthly reports.

What is the minimum Fair Way will collect?
We believe every debt is unique — there is no minimum requirement to submit a case
What is the commission base?
Commission Structure
- 25% on the first $10,000 recovered
- 15% on the next $10,000 recovered
- 7.5% on amounts recovered above $20,000
How long does the collection process take?
Because every debt situation is different, we're unable to guarantee a specific recovery timeframe. Our approach is to promptly assess a debtor's willingness and capacity to pay, then engage in consistent, fair communication to work toward a resolution. We treat your overdue account as a priority, ensuring debtors understand the matter requires attention — while always aiming for a fair outcome that serves both parties, escalating our involvement only where necessary.
Am I apart of the collection process?
Yes — we keep you informed of all correspondence and provide recommended actions at each stage. Fairway Collections will not proceed with any action without your prior approval.
